These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the xd777 platform, accessible at xd777.cam ("Platform", "Site", "xd777", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xd777 platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers and customer support services — you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the xd777 platform and close your account if one has already been registered. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of any xd777 document, the English version shall prevail. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on xd777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your own local jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited or where participation in the Platform would be unlawful.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on xd777. Duplicate Accounts, regardless of the device or payment method used, are prohibited.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and which have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or voluntary exclusion programme at the time of registration or thereafter.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of xd777 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers or payment processors.

Registration on the xd777 Platform requires the submission of accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any additional details required during the KYC process. You agree that all information provided is truthful, current and belongs solely to you.

xd777 applies a KYC verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name)
• Source of funds declaration for transactions above applicable thresholds

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. xd777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details confidential. xd777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or its content.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and sports wagering;
• Provide accurate information in all dealings with xd777 including registration, verification and support communications;
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, financial transactions and internet use;
• Accept full responsibility for any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction of residence;
• Not attempt to access the Platform using anonymisation tools, VPNs, proxies or other means that obscure your true geographic location if doing so violates these Terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the xd777 Platform are subject to the following conditions. xd777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method. The availability of payment options — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any card-based method — is subject to change without notice and depends on the policies of those respective providers.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. Check the cashier for current minimums at the time of transacting.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account promptly, but processing times may vary based on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• xd777 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities or funds obtained through illegal means.
• A deposit may be declined by your payment provider. xd777 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. xd777 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. Check the cashier for current limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. xd777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, but cannot guarantee specific processing windows for third-party payment systems.
• Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not form part of any withdrawal calculation.

xd777 may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Where an example is provided, PKR 5,000 in bonus funds at 30x rollover requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets — these are illustrative figures only.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted bet amount (as specified per promotion) while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, sports betting and other categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Review the contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotions and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will be voided.
• Single Account: Each promotion is available once per User, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse and Exploitation: xd777 reserves the right to cancel, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage or exploitation of software or system errors.

The xd777 Platform offers casino games (slots, table games, live dealer), sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports) and other interactive entertainment products. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP values are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the time of settlement. Live in-play odds are updated in real time; by placing a bet you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.
• xd777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, data errors or significant changes in conditions that were unknown at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the Platform's recorded server-side data shall be the definitive record.
• xd777 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity failures, device issues or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xd777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or markets;
• Colluding with other users, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing anomalies;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users;
• Posting, transmitting or distributing harmful, offensive or illegal content through any communication channel on the Platform.

xd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or at the request of a competent authority.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), the closure will be processed as a priority and the Platform will apply appropriate safeguards to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any outstanding obligations (including chargebacks, reversed deposits or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xd777, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

xd777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. We will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability during such periods.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the xd777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface design, page layout and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xd777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of xd777.

Your use of the xd777 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact us with data-related queries.

By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xd777 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

xd777 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not accept jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to the operation of the Platform. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani laws.

xd777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Users through the Platform interface, by email, or by posting a revised version with an updated effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the xd777 Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
